La Lajita is a former fishing village, not very popular among tourists.
Best to park somewhere near the town's main square:

and we enjoy a little walk around the town and the beach (pebble - not for swimming). There is also a really good restaurant in the town run by Poles - at the main square:

the restaurant specializes in fish.
After visiting the town, we pack into the car and head to La Pared:

From the parking lot, we go on foot to the sandy beach, popular amongst surfers.
This beach is called Playa del Viejo Reyes (Old Kings Beach) and it has to be admitted that there are places on it that fit the name very well.
From there, we can walk (the path leads down at the hotel fence) towards the pebble beach and cliffs

If you do not want to go on foot, go to the second parking lot by car - from there you have about 100m to the cliff

Under the cliff there is a cave carved by water in sandstone. I do not recommend going down to it from a cliff, but rather through a rocky beach. When standing on the beach facing the ocean, the cave entrance will be on the right.
After coming back to the parking lot and toy your car head north.

And from it we go up a steep but not too long climb to the viewpoint:

There are beautiful views at the top, but wind can also blow quite strongly (it is worth having a long-sleeved
sweatshirt with you).
This place is also worth visiting at night. There are no places and no artificial lighting in the area, so you can take beautiful pictures of the night sky and stars.
