Los Molinos & Barranco de Las Penitas (2-4 hours)

From Caleta we go to the dam - the only natural freshwater reservoir on the island:

From this place, we can go on a hiking tour through the Barranco de Las Penitas gorge.

The route itself is not very long (2 km) but poorly marked, so you should carefully check it on googles maps before you set off.

After the stop at the dam, we go to the town itself and leave the car in the parking lot in Los Molinos:

On site, you can enter the viewpoints or take advantage of the offer of one of the several restaurants and bars.

This "quick trip" can be combined with a trip to Betancuria and Ajuy - from Los Molinos we will get to Betancuria in about 30 minutes.
